Kids DVD - Bob The Builder : Can We Fix It?
As I type this entry, I’m listening to the sounds of Bob, Dizzy, Wendy, Spud and the others on the telly. Yes, my almost 16-month-old boy is a “Bob The Builder” fan. It’s one of the few ‘talking’ shows that he actually likes (he mostly prefers shows that have singing and dancing in them).
Of course, his English dad’s proud. Dad happens to think that the British makes the best children’s TV shows. He’s biased, of course. ;-)
In any case, when it comes to Bob and the gang, our Aussie-born son agrees that it’s one great show. He even knows Bob is called ‘Bob’ (he calls him ‘Ba-aba’ - or something like that)— even though he can’t even call his mommy or daddy, ‘mama’ or ‘dada’ yet. Eeks.
