Barney DVDs
If the little ones favorite is watching and singing with Barney, you cannot have more than enough Barney DVDs. No amount of coaxing or bribing would make him change his mind. Even if mama and papa have memorized all songs and have even taken to humming Barney songs at work and in the car, it does not matter. If the little boss is into Barney, even if you fill his viewing time with other educational videos recommended by the best child psychologist in the whole wide world, its useless. Whether its the Pyjama Party, the Parade of Numbers, What a World we Share, Halloween Party, Good Clean Fun or whatever else they have it does not matter. It has to be Barney.
So, do yourselves a favour and buy even more Barney DVDs. Maybe the young un will finally get tired of too much Barney. Or, you will have more variety at work and in the car as you hum more Barney song. Heck, on a long drive, you can even do Best of Barney songs in your head with the wife/husband and the little one.
At least, the little one is learning some things from it. As long as you limit his viewing time.

AnP, all my kids went through Barney obsession in their young lives. You have to wonder just what it is about that purple dinosaur with the short arms that makes him appealing to kids. Is it the voice? hmmmm….
