Pingu’s Online World
My son is too young for the world wide web. But, he loves to go in my home office, climb on my swivel chair, and start playing with the computer anyway. Probably pretending that he’s doing what he sees his mum doing most of the time.
Dear me. I just started this blog entry and I’m already digressing.
Anyway, if you and your family enjoy the claymation series Pingu (like us), you might want to check out Pingu’s Online World.
It features the cute little penguin from the south pole that I mentioned here. And, the adorable kids web site offers ecards, games, news, and even short profiles of the characters in the series.
A word of warning, though: The site is a bit graphics-heavy, so it may take a while to load on dial-up connection. But, if that’s not a big deal with you - then do check it out. You’ll hear the familiar theme greeting you from the start, including my all-time favourite Pingu line: “Nyot! Nyot!”
