Dangerous Children’s Toys
ToySafety.Net has a long list of toys that they think are potentially dangerous.
- Toys that Pose Potential Choking Hazards
- Toys that May Not Meet CSPA Labeling Requirements
- Toys that Pose Potential Strangulation Hazards
- Excessively Loud Toys
- Potentially Toxic Toys
My three-year-old has one of those that may not meet CSPA labeling requirements: Dizzy the Mixer, a Bob the Builder Portable Die-Cast Vehicle. I’ve also given him balloons and thought about getting him some marbles and the Thomas & Friends Sodor Sawmill Playset; all included in the dangerous toys list.
Is ToySafety.Net too strict? Or am I too lax?
