Andrea of Real Life Calling responded to my call for pics showing off what you’ve been doing with your toy blocks (or bricks as the Brits call it).

Well done, Mom! Her lucky daughter got these blocks when she was only eight months old and is almost as good at playing with them as mommy is. ;)

I’m still waiting for more pics of toy creations using anything and made by anyone. Send them on!.

That makes me want to dig out the blocks and play! I loved playing with blocks as a kid. My brother and I could play for hours with them, making up games with marbles and toy cars and even sometimes my dolls (hope he doesn’t find out I told everyone…heehee).

My son loves his blocks too, though he has to see just how high he can build without everything falling down.

dawn: My son loved doing that until it frustrated him too much. Trying to build a tower on carpet is very unstable. LOL
