Welcome, Abby Caddaby!
Did you see Abby Caddaby today? I didn’t think that she was due to move to Sesame Street until September, but there she was, as cute as can be! My daughter likes her because she’s pink. Of course, now that I see the Sesame Street website, I see that it says she arrived August 14th. Ah well, research isn’t my strong point, folks. But she is adorable!

She made the newspaper up here in Toronto and yes, she is the cutest little thing. Haven’t watched Sesame Street in years, but Britt and I just might have to check her out!

She was a cutie! Then the next day they showed a rerun again. Ah well, have to check her out when we can. :)

Oh. I wonder what letters and numbers she will teach my kids.

Kate: Maybe her own fairy language or something? Okay, probably not. But she is pretty adorable. I’m sure she’ll be good for more sales!

Hi All,
FYI, someone on eBay has listed a handcrafted Abby Caddaby little person, fashioned from a recylcled Little People figurine. It is very cute, but not intended for anything but display.
And no, I have absolutely no vested interest in providing this info, but have been looking everywhere for an Abby doll and love eBay, so there you go.
I would be surprised if we see an Abby doll anytime terribly soon, though I would adore having the ability to purchase one for Christmas. From a Marketing perspective, it makes sense to build up the tension, hype it, and then roll it out…not unlike the Elmo dolls we have seen in the past, and the TMX version now. And, to roll out an Abby doll now would somewhat steal the thunder from the TMX Elmo.
Delighted to be mistaken, so if someone knows something to the contrary, please, please pass it along!
Happy Holidays Folks!

You can get plush Abby dolls at http://WWW.PlushBuddies.com Its GUND’s sesame street dolls. It came up when I googled Abby Cadabby products. I think they are about $24.00 not including shipping. Well I hope this helps all you Abby doll searchers.
