Amazing Bubble Machine

by Kerri Aldrich on March 31st, 2007

Doesn’t it look like this is a little bubble-making car? I don’t know if they make them or not, but this is actually the result of my little guy “driving” his car in front of a bubble machine that was given to us by a friend last summer.

bubblemachinepl.jpgThe Amazing Bubbles machine requires about 6 AA batteries and a bit of bubble solution (I just pick up a big jug of it from the dollar store a few times each summer). I don’t often pull out the machine, because it’s usually more fun for the kids to just blow the bubbles themselves. It is fun, however, to have it out when there’s a larger group of kids over and they can all just play, run and dance through the bubbly yard.

I’m loving the warm weather activities! What outdoor activities are you most looking forward to this spring and summer?

I definitely need one of these for the office.

Think I can keep it going for 8 hours?

Allen: Wouldn’t that be fun? I’m guessing with enough batteries and bubble stuff, it could go that long. :)

haha at first I thought this did have one, coming from right behind him. I can see them doing it eventually. Course I can only imagine the price then. My kids have been begging me for one of those bubble blowers, my thing is all the batteries. :)

Eliza: I should look, I’m sure someone has come up with a bubble car! We used to have a Winnie the Pooh ride on that had a bubble thing, well, at least until we left it out in a storm and the bubble part broke. :( It does take a lot of batteries! That’s part of the reason it occasionally gets “lost” for a bit. :) Thanks for commenting!
