Hannah Montana and Wal-Mart Join Together

CropperCapture[293] Wal-Mart stores announced today that they have joined forces with Disney to have more than 140 Hannah Montana products for sale in their stores.

Wal-Mart says that they want to be the source for “accessible” and “affordable” licensed products. Since the Hannah Montana tickets were so incredibly expensive, they say they’re trying to give us more access by selling Hannah Montana themed products. I don’t know if Hannah Montana pajamas are as exciting as concert tickets, but I think I get what they’re saying. :D

Wal-Mart will have everything from Hannah Montana clothing and wigs to food and glass frames. Here are some of the ways the items will be highlighted:

Theater ads. Ads for the goods will screen in cinemas with the concert movie, as well as with other G-rated movies.

•Dedicated display. Wal-Mart set up mini “Hannah Montana Shops” in 750 stores to display the clothes and accessories.

•Unusual offerings. The bakeries have cupcakes and cakes. Vision centers sell frames for glasses.

 

I love the idea of Hannah Montana cupcakes!

    I like the idea of Hannah Montana clothes at walmart, except the new line of clothing is only in sizes from 6-14. I would like for them to be in size 4, we would buy a whole more.

    We had to buy a few shirts for our “hannah montana” mini fan a few days ago. She just had to have it. lol

    i luv hannah montana i been asking my mom for the mini skirt and tank top to go with

    but she keeps delaying it so today we r going to the mall and see what kind of deal they have because the wal-mart prices are kinda high

    I think her clothes line is just adorable. My 3 year old loves Hannah Montana. Unfortunately her smallest size is 4/5 but if I happened to find that size I still get it and since it’s cotton it shrinks enough to fit my 3 year old fine with time to grow into it better. They are very reasonably priced and have a wide selection which are all just too cute for children and the teen crowd. Her line of clothes are much more expensive at Macy’s so I just stick to Wal-Mart to get them.

    The clothes are adorable. They should make them in smaller sizes because I know she has a lot of teeny tiny fans out there. :)

    I think that Wal-mart is going overboard with all the Hannah items. If we remember, Brittany Spears at one time was a role model for young girls. Many girls followed her. They followed her mistakes, downfalls, rehab and all the problems she has gone thru. What would happen if Hannah went down the same road? Sure, daddy is keeping her on the strait and narrow but living in the spot light can generate a lot of pressure on anyone. Beware to not idolize people because people can fall. Every girl should learn to love themselves for who they are. We all want to be beautiful and yes Hannah is a beautiful girl, but so is every other girl. In our own ways we are beautiful!!! So many little girls really look up to this girl. What if this girl falls? I pray she doesn’t but she is just a girl The press will be right there to exploit here every mistake. There is only one person I want my daughter and myself to follow and that is Jesus Christ.

    i wish i was on your show and for my birthday may 18 i am going to walmart to get your hanna montanna wig and bag and alot of more stuff but it’s to much to type and now is school

    I am writing to inform you that I purchased a couple of Hannah Montana outfits for my daughter. The jean capris and the jean skirt had the tags on them to say adjustable waist but I was very disappointed when I got home, the items are not adjustable waist.
